Built from a belief

Manawatū Biltong began with a simple but ambitious belief: that we could craft some of the finest biltong in New Zealand.

From the beginning, I wanted to build more than a business that sold biltong. I wanted to create a brand people could believe in, follow and feel proud to be part of.

That belief guides every decision we make. We use quality New Zealand beef, traditional methods and the patience the craft deserves. Every batch is produced in small quantities and held to an uncompromising standard. Quality comes before volume, and we are always looking for ways to make the next batch even better than the last.

Manawatū Biltong is proudly built here in the Manawatū, but it has never been built by us alone. From our first Founders Packs to every returning customer, order, recommendation and piece of honest feedback, our community has helped shape what this brand is becoming.
