Thank you for shopping with Manawatu Biltong. Below is our shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect when you order from us.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are fixed at $8 for urban deliveries and $13 for rural deliveries. Please ensure that you choose the correct delivery option at checkout. There is a postcode checker link in the cart section of the website.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping on orders over a certain value.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• North Island: 1–3 business days
• South Island: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Manawatu Biltong is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where applicable so we can assist.
