Refund policy

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Incorrect Orders:

If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Change of Mind:

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind or personal taste preferences. 

Shipping Delays:

We do not accept responsibility for delays by our courier partners. 

Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned product.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective.

Please email us on manawatubiltong@gmail.com. You'll need to include a picture of the product you are unhappy with, your address, phone number, the production date (on the back of the product).  Please retain the product as we may need it for investigation.
