Orders placed before 12:00pm each day, for pickup, will be available that same day, provided the shop is open.

What started as an idea around quality meat, traditional methods, and a passion for doing things properly has become a reality. Countless test batches, late nights refining spice blends, tweaking drying times, learning, adjusting, and perfecting — all led us here.

Manawatu Biltong was built on a simple goal: create authentic, premium biltong using 100% prime New Zealand beef, made with care and no shortcuts.
